80s Leslie Fay Yellow and Black Dress

80s yellow and black blouse and skirt combo dress. The mustard/gold top has capped dolman sleeves, a high neckline with Secretary bow tie. Waist is elasticized and the black skirt portion is pleated. Belt was used for styling only and is not for sale.
